Cancellation Policy

You must provide us with at least 2 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $40. All no-show appointments will incur the same fee. This must be reconciled either on-the-day or upon your next booking. You will not be able to rebook at this clinic until this fee is paid. In the event of emergencies we may wave the fee – this is at the discretion of the practice manager.
