Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Please provide at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will incur a $40 cancellation fee. This same fee applies to no-show appointments.

The fee must be settled on the day or prior to your next booking. You will not be able to rebook at this clinic until the fee is paid in full.

In the case of genuine emergencies, the fee may be waived at the discretion of the Practice Manager.
