Dr. Gowrie Senaweera

Dr. Gowrie Senaweera has been practicing medicine for over 20 years. She has worked in various hospitals in Sri Lanka as well as Birmingham in the UK. Gowrie practiced as a GP for 5 years before coming to Australia. Her special interests are paediatrics, chronic disease, women’s health and mental health.

Cherian has been practicing medicine for 34 years. He has worked in many countries such as South Africa and India, in various capacities and specialties before coming to Australia in 2000. Cherian enjoys all areas of medicine and has special interests in Varicose Vein procedures including Radiofrequency Ablation and Sclerotherapy. He runs our newest department housing our recent medical acquisition, an Endo Venus Radio Frequency(EVRF) machine. We can now permanently remove varicose & spider veins. He also has a special interest in ENT (ear, nose & throat) medicine & Surgery.
Dr. Win Lwin

Dr. Win has been practicing medicine since 1980. He has been a GP for over 20 years and has worked in various places including Myanmar, Papua New Guinea and Australia. He was a senior Medical Officer at Bowen Hospital for 3 years and a GP for 4 years in Bowen North Queensland prior to moving to the Gold Coast. His post- graduate qualifications include Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners & his Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine. He has vast experience in general medicine, child health, skin lesions and minor surgical procedures – including some skin cancers.
Dr Jas Saluja
M.B., Ch.B., AMC., MRCGP (UK)
Dr Jas Saluja was educated in the UK and qualified at the University of Manchester as a doctor in 1987. His postgraduate qualifications include Member of the Royal College of General practitioners (UK) and Diploma of Anaesthetics (UK). He came to Australia in 1994 and obtained the Australian Medical Council (AMC) certificate. He has been a GP for the past 28 years. He is interested in all aspects of General Practice.
Dr Fahimeh Ahmadi
FRACGP, M.D.
Dr Fahimeh Ahmadi is a female doctor (General Practitioner) who enjoys a broad range of medicine. Dr Ahmadi completed her MD in 2003 and has been working in Australia since 2010. She enjoys all aspects of General Practice. Her major interests include Women’s Health as well as preventative medicine, chronic disease management, and basic skin procedures.
Dr Alex Smith
FRACGP, M.BB.S
Dr Alex was born and raised in Brisbane and completed his medical degree at the University of Queensland. Alex completed his internship at the Gold Coast Hospital and for 5 years worked in rural communities of Charleville and Quilpie. Whilst in Quilpie he was the solo doctor for a community of 1200 and looked after the 10 bed hospital. He successfully completed the Fellowship of the Royal College of General Practice and Fellowship of Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine.
His medical interests include chronic disease management eg asthma, diabetes, heart disease, paediatrics.
Dr Smith lives locally on the Gold Coast with his wife and young family.

Mark graduated from the University of Southern Queensland in 1991 with a Bachelor of Business degree. He has worked as the practice owner / manager since starting the business with help and support from his family in 1995. The camaraderie and rapport he shares with the patients’ means so much to him. “where else would you get great fishing tips at work” enthuses Mark regularly.

Having commenced her career as a medical receptionist and progressed to Practice Manager over the past 17 years, she has developed extensive expertise in the effective management of a successful GP clinic.
Creating a positive and welcoming environment for both patients and staff is of the highest importance to her.
